24-Inch Ultrasharp LCD Monitors from Dell

Dell has finally released the Ultrasharp U2410 and ST2410 LCD monitors in the US market. The Dell U2410 adopts an IPS panel, providing 96% coverage of the Adobe RGB color space and 100% coverage of the sRGB color space. It also supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 resolution, a 6ms response time, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, a 400 cd/m2 brightness and comes with several connectivity ports including VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and four USB ports. A budget alternative, the ST2410, is also new and uses a less color-rich TN (twisted nematic) panel as well as a lower 50,000:1 contrast ratio. It also has reduced input with DVI, HDMI and VGA as its options. The Dell Ultrasharp U2410 and ST2410 LCD monitors are priced at $599 and $259, respectively.

Samsung M330 Slider Phone

Sprint has released another affordable slider phone from Samsung namely the M330. The handset measures only 3.7-inch x 1.7-inch x 0.6-inch and features a camera with 4x digital zoom, Sprint’s Picture Mail, a web browser, a built-in speakerphone, Bluetooth and a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 6 hours in talking mode. The Samsung M330 is now available via Sprint’s online store for just $0.00 with a 2-year contract agreement and after rebate.

LG’s First Android Smartphone

LG today introduced their first Android-based smartphone that will be available in the fourth quarter of this year in selected European markets. The announcement of LG’s first Android-powered smartphone comes only a week after the company announced that it would be introducing three new Windows Mobile smartphones in the next few weeks. Previously known as “Etna”, the LG GW620 is a QWERTY-slider that has a 3-inch touchscreen display with a 5-megapixel autofocus camera, Wi-Fi and GPS. Sadly, there is no info on when this handset will be available in the US market. We will keep you posted.

Samsung Introduced 65-Inch CCFL-Backlit LCD HDTV

If you’ve been longing to watch a football match on a large TV set right in the comfort of your living room, Samsung has heard you. They’ve unveiled a mammoth 65-inch CCFL-backlit LCD TV, apt to fulfill your desire. The LN65B650 from the 650 Series is however, not only about big size. The TV boasts full HD playback, 120Hz frame interpolation to reduce motion blur, 4ms response time, 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, DLNA certified, 4 HDMI ports, Media@2.0 with Internet support, USB video playback and more. As for the aesthetics, the TV has Touch of Color with crystal neck swivel stand.

LN65B650 is expected to arrive in stores this month carrying a hefty price tag of $6000.
